Second Chance recruits volunteer college counselors who:

• Have multi-country counseling experience

• Understand financial aid (and are willing to learn more)

• Are prepared to work harder, in more challenging circumstances than they ever have and ever will again

• Are available every Monday 6-9am EST from April 1 to May 31

• Are resilient, open to critical feedback and direction

• Work and respond very quickly

• Do not back out when things get hard.
