Ying is a careers and university counselor at Victoria Shanghai Academy in Hong Kong, with previous experience as the international admissions manager at the University of Hong Kong. He is an expert in Hong Kong higher education and has presented at global events by IBO, CAIE, and International ACAC. His personal experiences as an international student and his service work with low-income and refugee communities in the US fuel his commitment to access and diversity in education. Ying serves on the International ACAC Finance Committee.
