Michael has over 20 years of experience in international education, including roles as a Social Studies teacher, MYP Coordinator, and Secondary School Principal at KIS International School in Bangkok. He now leads higher education and careers at West Island School in Hong Kong. Michael has a strong background in refugee education, having coordinated a Refugee Scholarship Program for 14 years and collaborated with UNHCR to support educational access.
