Malissa brings two decades of experience in college admissions and counseling to Second Chance. A Senior Application Reviewer for Northeastern University, she evaluates over 1,200 applications annually and has served as Director of College Counseling at a US boarding school. Recognized with the NACAC Rising Star Award in 2022 and the International ACAC Member of the Year Award in 2024 for her role in creating and implementing a global professional mentorship program (MYP for IACAC), she is passionate about expanding access to higher education globally.
