Jason leads development efforts at Second Chance, leveraging over 12 years of experience as founder of UES Education and a specialist in building international university programs. A frequent speaker at NACAC and International ACAC, he advises on US college admissions and financial aid. Jason holds an MEng and PhD in Applied Mathematics and has worked in academia and nuclear research for the European Commission.
