Chien supports HALI students at Second Chance, drawing on years of experience as a university advisor and English teacher in Brunei. Since 2016, she has guided students in applying to universities worldwide and collaborated with EducationUSA Brunei to deliver educator workshops. Passionate about access to education, Chien also fosters resource-sharing among educators to enhance student support.
