Bela has 20 plus years of working in education, as a teacher, university and career advisor, coach/mentor, and now principal. She has worked extensively with low income students in the former Yugoslav republics, through non-profits as well as formal educational models. She is currently the Secondary School Principal at NOVA International School Skopje (North Macedonia), creating and facilitating curricular and co-curricular paths for a diverse body of learners exploring various university and gap year destinations.
